- MoneyBox V1.0
-
- Description
- -----------
- Have you had a great holiday with a group of friends but found doing the accounts at the end is a nightmare?
- This program does all the calculations for you and reduces the number of payments to the minimum possible.
- It gives you a balance for each person and tells you who owes money to whom to solve all the balances.
- Use it as often as you like throughout the holiday to find out whose turn it is to pay for the shopping...
-
- Example: The boys, Jack and Richard, went out for a beer and Jack paid 50.
- Create a group for the boys, select Jack and add a payment for 50.
- If this is the only payment made so far, the balance screen will show +25 for Jack and -25 for Richard.
- The debts screen will show that Richard owes 25 to Jack.
-
- A coefficient can be associated with any person to represent a couple or a family with kids.
- If Jane and Tim have a joint account, create a JaneTim user with a coefficient of 2.
-
- Example: Jane, Tim, Jack and Richard take the train. Jack pays 400.
- Richard owes 100 to Jack while JaneTim owes 200 to Jack.
-
- Tip: Use cents rather than dollars or pence rather than pounds if you require such precision.
-
- When using the limited edition, only 4 users can be created and all data is lost when exiting the application.
- The registered version allows up to 16 users and 256 groups.
